She admitted the act and said she felt “very proud” of what she was using, even claiming it was “to pray.” The person recording the footage said the woman had lost custody of her two children after authorities raised concerns about her mental and emotional health. She reportedly underwent rehabilitation and promised to quit before returning home. Officials say she relapsed and was spotted earlier causing a disturbance near a children’s school. She was subsequently arrested for drug use and public nuisance.
