APC Mourns Passing of Alhaja Sidikat Basiru, Mother of National Secretary
The All Progressives Congress in Osun State has expressed deep sorrow over the death of Alhaja Sidikat Basiru, mother of its National Secretary, Sen. Ajibola Basiru. In its message of condolence, the party described her loss as painful, noting her life of humility, kindness, discipline and service to Allah and humanity. It urged the bereaved family to find strength and submission to the will of Almighty Allah. The APC affirmed its solidarity with Sen. Basiru and prayed for patience and fortitude for the family, adding that the greatest tribute to the late Alhaja Basiru is the legacy of good character and service she instilled in her children.
