WAEC Certificate Photo Invisible – Need Urgent Fix

I recently collected my original WAEC certificate only to find my photograph is invisible. I reported the issue to the WAEC office in Kaduna and was told to get the stash album from my secondary school. The school confirmed the mistake but could not locate the stash album for my set. When I returned to WAEC, they said there was nothing more they could do. This feels unfair as I did nothing wrong. Has anyone faced this before? How did you resolve it? What is the right channel to escalate this within WAEC? Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
