Tyreek Hill Seeks Court Order for Estranged Wife's Mother's Records in Divorce Case

Tyreek Hill Seeks Court Order for Estranged Wife's Mother's Records in Divorce Case

NFL player Tyreek Hill has asked a court to compel Alesia Vaccaro, the mother of his estranged wife, Keeta Vaccaro, to release messages, call records and other documents linked to their ongoing legal dispute. Court filings say Alesia was ordered to provide the records in early June and was granted an additional two weeks. Hill alleges that the documents have still not been produced. Alesia's lawyer reportedly said she suffered a stroke and would submit the materials before her August deposition. Hill argues that he was informed of her condition on May 27 and is asking the court to give her one week to comply. The request is part of Hill and Keeta Vaccaro's divorce proceedings, which include disagreements over financial support.

A request for records is not the same as proof of wrongdoing, so it is worth waiting for the court process before drawing conclusions.

The filings should be read carefully for what was requested, what was ordered, and whether any records are ultimately admitted.
