Fulham Sign Gonzalo García From Real Madrid in Reported £34m Deal

Fulham have signed Spanish striker Gonzalo García from Real Madrid in a reported £34 million deal. The 22-year-old has agreed a five-year contract running until 2031, with an option for a further year. García joined Real Madrid’s academy at age 10 and scored 13 goals in 51 senior appearances. He was part of the squad that won the UEFA Champions League and La Liga in 2024. The striker reunites with Álvaro Arbeloa, his former Real Madrid youth coach, who took charge of Fulham this summer. His arrival follows the departures of Harry Wilson to Leeds and Raúl Jiménez to Wolves.
