Lagos Pharmaceutical Company Hiring HR Manager and HR Officer

A Lagos-based pharmaceutical company is recruiting for Human Resources and Administration Manager and Human Resources Officer roles. The HR and Administration Manager will oversee HR operations, recruitment, performance management, compliance, policy development, documentation and compensation administration. Applicants should have a degree in Management, Administration or a related field, 4–6 years of relevant experience, and at least one year leading an HR function. Compensation is up to ₦350,000, depending on experience, qualifications and performance record. The Human Resources Officer will support personnel administration, recruitment, performance management, compliance, staff records and compensation processes. Applicants should have a relevant degree, at least two years of experience in a structured organisation, and preferably an HR professional qualification. Compensation is up to ₦250,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Interested candidates should submit a one-page suitability statement and CV within 10 days of publication.
