When we speak life in line with God’s promises, we release health and renewal. Scripture teaches that faith comes by hearing and confessing God’s word. Jesus healed with simple commands. Abraham and Sarah received new names and new life by speaking what God said. Our tongue is the helm that steers our body. Guard your heart and choose your speech wisely. Confession brings salvation, healing, and strength. As Isaiah 55:11 promises, God’s word will accomplish its purpose. Practice calling things that are not as though they are. I invite you to pray: “Dear God, I believe your word above my circumstances. I confess Jesus as Lord and receive your healing. Amen.” Romans 10:9-10 shows that confession brings life and health.
