The Tai Academic Council visited the Vice-Chancellor of the Federal University of Environment and Technology, Koroma/Saakpenwa, Rivers State, on 28 July 2026. The meeting focused on strengthening cooperation between the university and its Tai host community. Council members said mutual respect, inclusion and sustained engagement are important to the institution’s growth. Both sides expressed readiness to pursue programmes that support academic excellence, institutional development and long-term community impact.
