NBM Elder Killed in South Africa as Cult Clash Escalates in Kempton Park

An NBM zonal elder, Marvis Osakwe, was killed in Kempton Park, Ekurhuleni, in South Africa’s Gauteng Province. Another NBM leader was also hit in the attack and was rushed to the hospital. His condition is still unknown. The men were said to be on their way to the burial of a former NBM zonal head when they were ambushed. The attack was allegedly carried out by DNKI cultists in retaliation for a previous killing linked to the rivalry between both groups. The report also says Osakwe had been mentioned in an earlier story involving internal division within the group. The incident is being used once again as a warning against cultism and violent gang rivalry.
