600 FRSC Officers Deployed to Ensure Safe Eid-el-Kabir Journeys in Niger State

600 FRSC Officers Deployed to Ensure Safe Eid-el-Kabir Journeys in Niger State

The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), Niger Command, has mobilised 600 personnel to guarantee a smooth and secure Eid-el-Kabir celebration across the state. Starting May 25, the operation will cover major highways with the support of 12 patrol vehicles, one tow truck, and three ambulances. The deployment aims to maintain free flow of traffic, provide rapid rescue services, and protect all road users before, during, and after the festive period. The Sector Commander urges collaboration with other security agencies and reminds motorists to obey traffic rules, avoid speeding, and never drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs to arrive at their destinations safely.
