Let Your Spirit Lead: Living from Within in Christ

True service to God flows from the spirit, not the body or mind. When you are born again, it is your spirit that is renewed, becoming a new creation filled with the life of God (2 Corinthians 5:17; Romans 1:9). To experience transformation, let your spirit influence your thoughts and actions. As your mind is renewed by the Word (Romans 12:2) and your body offered as a living sacrifice (Romans 12:1), your spirit—joined with the Holy Spirit—will guide you in truth (John 4:24; 1 Corinthians 6:17). Prayer/Confession: “Dear Father, I thank You for the life of God in my spirit. The Holy Spirit guides my thoughts and actions, and I live in dominion from glory to glory, in Jesus’ Name.” Further study: John 4:23–24; Romans 12:1–2; Romans 8:12–13

Absolutely. I find my spirit's guidance shows in small acts of kindness and moments when I pause and pray before deciding.

Focusing only on the spirit without renewing our mind seems to skip part of the transformation process.

Try starting each day with a short moment of prayer asking your spirit's wisdom before any plans or tasks.
