Army Rescues Three Kidnap Victims in Kushere Village, Kaduna

Nigerian Army troops under Operation FANSAN YAMMA responded to a 1:00 a.m. distress call from Kushere Village in Kaduna State. They pursued kidnappers toward the Kafin Gora axis and engaged them in a brief firefight. The soldiers freed Abdullahi, Saidu Julfe and Kamilu Joddi unharmed after the bandits abandoned them under pressure. Troops from Forward Operating Base Dokan Karji led the operation. The overall security situation in the area remains calm but unpredictable. Troop morale and combat readiness are reported to be high as offensive operations continue across the North-West and North-Central regions.
