Gender Alone Doesn’t Make a Leader
I believe no one gains wisdom simply by being born male or female. Experience shapes understanding and guides action. Titles and traditions can’t replace what we’ve learned. In marriage or any partnership, leadership should depend on skill and growth, not biology. If both people are capable, roles should shift naturally when needed. We’ve upheld rigid gender rules without asking if they still make sense. To me, what matters is what we’ve come to understand—not the body we inhabit.
