Judith 5: Exposing Spiritual Tactics Behind Black Colonization

Judith 5: Exposing Spiritual Tactics Behind Black Colonization

The Bible warns that when God’s covenant people stray, they face cycles of conquest and slavery. From Assyrian and Babylonian captivities to Arab trans-Saharan raids and European colonization, disobedience led to exile. Judith chapter 5 lays out the enemy’s strategy: entice God’s people into false worship and foreign cultures until their lands are vulnerable. If there is iniquity among the covenant people, they become easy targets. Today, many Africans still embrace Western religious ideas and Arab traditions, keeping our nations spiritually and politically subjugated. This neocolonial and Arabized influence undermines true freedom. True restoration comes when we repent and return to Yahuwah’s covenant lifestyle. As Deuteronomy promises, obedience leads to blessing and the recovery of what was lost.

Are you suggesting the spiritual struggles described in Judith 5 directly mirror the systemic issues faced by marginalized communities today?

I notice it frames cycles of conquest and slavery as direct consequences of disobedience, but global politics and economics get no mention.

Perhaps reflecting on personal choices and communal ethics could help avoid repeating those cycles of bondage and regain spiritual alignment.
