Shooting Stars Part Ways With Coach Aweroro After Securing Continental Ticket
Shooting Stars have mutually agreed to part ways with head coach Nurudeen Aweroro, team manager Tammy Tamuno and assistant coach Shakiru Lawal with immediate effect. The club said the decision followed discussions with the affected members of the technical crew. It thanked them for their service, including their role in guiding the Oluyole Warriors to a third-place finish in the 2025/26 NPFL season and a continental ticket. Other assistant coaches will oversee the technical department until Shooting Stars appoint a substantive head coach.
