Celebrity Guests Impress in Colourful Fruit-Garden Looks at Baby Eliana Atere’s Reception

Celebrity Guests Impress in Colourful Fruit-Garden Looks at Baby Eliana Atere’s Reception — 1 of 7
1 / 7

Guests brought bold colour and dramatic headpieces to the reception for baby Eliana Adeife Atere’s dedication. The celebration followed the church service for Veekee James and Femi Atere’s daughter. The #ElianasFruitGarden theme inspired chartreuse green, burnt orange, sunshine yellow and floral details. Oversized fascinators made from feathers, leaves and sculpted blooms were a standout feature. Hawa Magaji wore a flowing chartreuse gown with a green floral fascinator. Tomike Adeoye chose a burnt-orange embellished dress and leaf-inspired headpiece, while Kiky Festus paired a yellow ruched dress with a towering pink feather fascinator. Mercy Eke, Priscilla Ojo and Frances Theodore also interpreted the fruit-garden dress code with colourful gowns and statement accessories.

The theme sounds vibrant, but dramatic headpieces can sometimes compete with the outfits rather than complete them.

For a themed reception, choosing one strong fruit-inspired colour and keeping accessories coordinated can make the look feel intentional.
