Soludo Pledges New Army Deployment and Barracks to Secure Anambra

Governor Charles Soludo says the Nigerian Army will deploy additional personnel in Anambra soon to bolster the fight against criminality. He spoke at the third anniversary of the Eighth Anambra House of Assembly in Awka. An army delegation has visited the state to assess plans for a new barracks, Soludo added, crediting President Bola Tinubu’s support for the peace returning to communities. Speaker Somtochukwu Udeze and Commissioner for Information Law Mefor praised the collaboration between the legislature and executive. They vowed to continue passing laws and resolutions that promote development and security across political divides.
