MFM’s Mountain Top Chorale Wins Gold at 2026 World Choir Games in Sweden

Mountain Top Chorale of Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries has returned to Nigeria after winning gold and emerging champion in the Spiritual Category at the 2026 World Choir Games in Helsingborg, Sweden. The choir scored 87.38 points in its category before advancing to win the Champions Competition. Conducted by Oluwasegun Okedunmola, the group represented Nigeria among more than 160 choirs and 8,500 participants from over 40 countries. MFM General Overseer Daniel Olukoya praised the choristers, conductor and organisers, describing the result as a reflection of discipline, excellence, dedication and teamwork. The victory is a notable international recognition for Nigerian choral music.
