The Decline of Yahoo Boys: Why Scamming No Longer Pays

Many ‘Yahoo boys’ used to enjoy months of fat earnings before coming back to reality. Now, most of us end up broke, selling off possessions or struggling to get by. Social media security has tightened. Landing a paying client feels like rocket science. My DMs are closed, and buying new tools costs a fortune. Is all this effort worth it if we end up living ordinary lives? My friends and I are tapping out. I’d rather build real skills than chase clients who never show up.
