DSS Arraigns 'Justice Crack' for Cybercrime Over Viral Army Feeding Claims
The Department of State Services arraigned content creator Chidiebere Justice Mark, known online as Justice Crack, before the Federal High Court in Abuja. He faces three charges under the Cybercrimes Act and Criminal Code for allegedly spreading false information about Nigerian Army feeding standards on his X account. Court papers state that Count One accuses him of circulating knowingly false claims to incite ill will among citizens. Count Two alleges the publication of a video likely to cause fear and breach of peace. Count Three charges him with attempting a felony by sharing derogatory content about the army. Justice Joyce Abdulmalik adjourned the case to May 25, 2026, for trial and a possible bail hearing. Mark remains in DSS custody pending the next hearing, according to Vanguard.
