Hotel Guests Flee After Mysterious Candle Prayers

Good evening and happy Easter, everyone. I work at a hotel/apartment complex where people lodge. A few minutes ago, three people in white garments arrived, claiming the absent owner asked them to come and pray. They placed and lit candles at the four corners of the building. This ritual terrified the mostly male lodgers. They demanded the candles be put out and have all abandoned their rooms, even though they’ve paid. Tomorrow they plan to complain to the owner’s daughter, who manages the place by day. I’ve never seen anything like this. Should the owner have notified us and kept the hotel closed for such a ceremony? I hope this doesn’t scare away future guests. What do you think?
