They allegedly pledged to vote for Adeleke, invoking blessings if they kept the promise and calamities if they did not. The video and its claims have not been independently verified. The allegation comes amid heightened political tension in Osun, following the EFCC’s freezing of state government accounts over an alleged ₦11 billion diversion. President Bola Tinubu has directed the commission to seek the unfreezing of the accounts, warning against actions that could appear to interfere with the election.
