Israeli Drone Strike Hits Gaza Funeral, Scores Killed and Wounded

An Israeli drone struck mourners at a funeral outside the Ahmad Yassin Mosque in the Nuseirat refugee camp in central Gaza. Al-Awda Hospital reported eight bodies and treated 20 injured survivors after the attack. Eyewitnesses say the funeral was for a Palestinian killed by Israeli forces hours earlier. Videos shared online show bloodied bodies and wounded civilians lying in the Al-Balata market area. Over the past 72 hours, the Gaza media office says more than 25 Palestinians have died in a series of strikes on markets, funerals, civilian gatherings, and homes. The office condemned the assaults as acts of extreme cruelty, worse than terrorism.
