Head of Operations Role at Growing Microfinance Bank in Enugu

A recently acquired microfinance bank in Enugu is seeking a Head of Operations to drive its growth and transformation. This role reports to the MD/CEO and works closely with executive colleagues to build scalable processes and controls. Key responsibilities include overseeing branch operations, back-office functions, technology systems, complaints handling, and regulatory compliance. You will develop standardized SOPs, manage new branch openings, and ensure high service standards across all channels. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (MBA preferred), professional certifications such as CIBN, PMP or CISA, and 7–10 years of banking operations experience with at least 3–4 years in a senior leadership role at a multi-branch institution.
