Obosi Town Union Commends Soludo on Revived Eke Obosi Water Scheme

Barr Chimezie Obi, President-General of Obosi Development Union, praised Governor Soludo for restoring the Obosi water supply infrastructure at Eke Obosi. The scheme had been out of service due to mechanical faults, leaving many households without piped water. At the handover ceremony on July 7, the union leader thanked the state government for investing millions to repair the system. He pledged that the community will manage and secure the facility to ensure safe drinking water and reduce waterborne diseases. Obi also thanked Noribest staff for their work and urged them to train local operators on the plant’s technical operations, so the scheme can serve its purpose long term.
