Trump Warns Iran “Will No Longer Exist” After US Airstrikes
Former US President Donald Trump posted on Truth Social that American aircraft struck Iranian missile and drone storage facilities and coastal radar sites for violating their cease-fire agreement. He warned that if Iran fails to “learn,” the US “will be forced to militarily complete the job that we successfully started,” adding that “the Islamic Republic of Iran will no longer exist.” Bahrain later condemned what it said was an Iranian drone attack on its territory near the US 5th Fleet base. Earlier strikes by Iran targeted ships in the Strait of Hormuz, one of which hit a Singapore-flagged vessel. US Central Command said there were no injuries and navigational freedom was threatened by these actions.
