Ekwuluobia Kidnapping: Daughter Blames Jowizaza’s Online Lifestyle as Jezco Founder Remains in Captivity
Sir Joseph Ezeokafor, Anambra-born industrialist and founder of Jezco Group, has reportedly spent 10 days in captivity after being abducted in Ekwuluobia. His eldest daughter has accused her younger brother, social-media personality Eberechukwu “Jowizaza” Ezeokafor, of projecting an exaggerated lifestyle online. She alleged that the publicity created by this display made their father a target. She also alleged that the family business is under serious financial pressure, including outstanding bank loans, and claimed her brother had been removed as a company director. These claims have not been independently verified. The family is pleading for the safe release of the 72-year-old businessman, saying he needs medication for high blood pressure.
