Nigerian National Arrested in Mahendergarh Drug Ring Bust

Mahendergarh police cracked a drug syndicate in a 10-day anti-narcotics operation. They registered four FIRs and seized 33 grams of heroin, 63 grams of ganja and 220 intoxicant capsules. Cash suspected to be drug proceeds was also confiscated. The operation began on March 13 with the arrest of a local peddler. Investigators traced the supply chain through intermediaries before making a key arrest on March 31. Nigerian national Ikechukwu, a resident of Anambra, was detained with cash, a scooty and counterfeit notes. Authorities are verifying his visa credentials and probing links to a wider network in the National Capital Region. Most of the suspects have prior records under the NDPS Act and assault charges.

How did police finally trace this syndicate to one Nigerian national after ten days of operation?

You're right – it's puzzling how they narrowed it down to a single suspect after ten days.

Yeah, it does seem odd they zeroed in on just one person after ten days.

Registering four FIRs and seizing small quantities of narcotics suggests just the tip of a much bigger network still at large.

I'm not convinced these figures reflect the real scale of trafficking here, maybe they're not telling us everything.

Local residents should report any suspicious transactions and support outreach programs to curb drug distribution in our neighborhoods.
