Etafia: Chelle Should Have Included Stanley Nwabali in Unity Cup Squad
Former Super Eagles goalkeeper Greg Etafia believes coach Eric Chelle missed an opportunity by not inviting Stanley Nwabali to the Unity Cup squad. Nwabali, 29, starred as Nigeria finished third at the last AFCON in Morocco. He left Chippa United by mutual agreement in February and is currently without a club. Etafia argues that adding Nwabali, even as a fourth-choice keeper, would have boosted his confidence and training. He also revealed that Nwabali is expected to join a new club ahead of next season.
