Nguni Urbain, a realtor in Bunduma, Buea, Cameroon, was shot in the chest while defending his wife during a violent armed robbery at his home. Two masked men tied him up, stole cash and withdrew funds from his mobile account. They then threatened his wife, ordering her onto the bed. Urbain managed to break free, raised the alarm and struggled with one of the assailants. He was struck by a bullet that grazed his chest but missed vital organs. The attackers fled, and Urbain is now receiving treatment in a local hospital. He shared his experience in a social media post, thanking God for his wife’s safety and his survival.
