Adeleke Says He Supports Tinubu Personally, Wants Him to Complete Reforms
Osun State Governor Ademola Adeleke says he sees President Bola Tinubu as a father figure and describes himself as the President's son. Speaking on Channels Television after the election, Adeleke said Tinubu called to ask about the outcome. He said he told the President he was heading for victory, and they also joked about dancing together in Abuja. Adeleke added that he has no formal agreement with Tinubu but supports the President out of personal conviction. He cited Tinubu's Osun roots, ongoing projects in the state and his belief that the President should complete his reforms.
