Withholding a loved one’s body from their family wounds the heart and denies basic human dignity. After His resurrection, Jesus appeared among His disciples and greeted them with “Peace!” Their joy and relief were overwhelming. Jesus is alive and life continues beyond the grave. Like Christ, we are sent to share love, peace, salvation, and truth in the power of the Holy Spirit. May we be empowered to spread the gospel in a world that longs for hope and healing.
