The group, led by Governor Caleb Mutfwang and including former governors, traditional rulers, youth and religious leaders, identified indigeneship, ethnicity, religion and farmer-herder clashes as root causes. At the three-hour session, the Minister of Humanitarian Affairs announced ₦2 billion in relief support for victims of the March 29 attack in Angwan Rukuban, Jos.
