Visa Appointment Stuck at Wrong TLS Centre – How Can I Fix This?

I mistakenly selected Abuja as my TLS visa centre, but later tried switching to Lagos with a new France-Visas form. Now the old Abuja submission is stuck in my portal on “book an appointment” and I can’t delete it. My passport is tied to the Abuja submission, so I can’t register the new Lagos application at all. Even creating a new TLS account didn’t help. I’ve asked support through the contact form and by phone, but they only advised me to wait. Has anyone dealt with a stuck TLS submission? How long did it take to remove, and is there any way to speed up the process? Any advice would be appreciated.

Has anyone successfully switched TLS visa centres after booking the wrong location and faced similar deletion issues?

I can see your portal still shows the Abuja slot tied to your passport, which must feel frustrating right now.

I'm not convinced that creating a fresh France-Visas form will solve the stuck appointment; it seems you just duplicated the issue.

Try submitting a support ticket through your TLS portal or visiting the visa application centre in person to unlink the Abuja booking first.
