Why I Choose to Pray for My Enemies Instead of Cursing Them

Why I Choose to Pray for My Enemies Instead of Cursing Them

Whenever a prayer point is raised in church to curse our enemies, I pause and remember Christ’s instruction to love and pray for them. It is not always easy, but I ask myself what I truly gain by returning evil for evil. Choosing prayer over curses gives me peace and keeps my faith focused on God. I believe that He who is in me is greater than every evil wish against me. God bless, brethren.
