TEDL Launches SuperEdge Platform to Enhance Billing and Payments
Transpower Electricity Distribution Limited has gone live with SuperEdge, a unified billing and payment system for prepaid vending, postpaid billing, collections, and meter data management. Customers can authenticate payments by scanning QR codes, generate past receipts, and pay bills via SMS or bank transfer. The self-service portal also allows token purchases, key change token regeneration, meter applications, arrears checks, and direct access to customer support through WhatsApp. A planned system upgrade will temporarily suspend vending services from May 22 to 24, 2026. Electronic billing is set to launch by June 2026, enabling customers to receive bills via email or mobile. Customers should update their records by completing the KYC form and providing current contact details.
