Could you help me understand whether this role focuses more on preparing project budgets or on handling day-to-day finance in operations?

I'm skeptical about juggling project and operational finance across logistics, manufacturing, and fleet—those areas require quite different financial approaches.

I thought project finance and operational accounting were mostly separate specializations; combining them may dilute focus and efficiency in each discipline.

If you apply, highlight any experience with fleet management systems or manufacturing cost controls, and prepare examples of managing budgets for multiple projects.
