Lead Human Resources Manager Position at Abuja Microfinance Bank

The Microfinance Bank in Abuja is recruiting a Lead of Human Resources. In this full-time role, you will report directly to the Managing Director and the Board of Directors. You will design and implement HR strategies, manage recruitment and performance systems, oversee training and staff engagement, and ensure compliance with labour laws and bank guidelines. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, with at least six years of progressive HR experience and professional certification (CIPM, SHRM, CIPD).
