Kano Hands Dangote Skills Centre Management to Foundation for 20 Years

The Kano State Government has signed a 20-year agreement with the Aliko Dangote Foundation for the takeover and management of the Aliko Dangote Skills Acquisition Centre. The arrangement is intended to strengthen vocational and entrepreneurial training for young people across the state. The state government says the foundation will provide technical and managerial support to reposition the centre. Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf said the State Executive Council approved the partnership to introduce better practices in skills development and help the centre become a leading vocational institution in Nigeria and West Africa.
