Gospel Producer Eezee Tee Exposes ‘Hypocrisy and Evil’ in the Industry

Nigerian gospel producer Eezee Tee has claimed the industry is darker than fans realise. He says it’s cloaked in hypocrisy, lies, denial and deep religion, and driven more by performance and emotion than true spirituality. He argues that many who criticise secular music know the gospel scene’s faults firsthand. According to him, anyone who dares stand against this “evil” quickly becomes a target. This revelation comes after his public fallout with former signee Mercy Chinwo last year. Their dispute centred on alleged contract breaches, bullying and a bitter social media unfollow. Fans have since flooded his comments, with some backing his bold statements and others accusing him of sour grapes.
