Baze University, NIM Hold Leadership and Career Development Workshop in Abuja
Baze University, Abuja, partnered with the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM), Maitama Chapter, to host a workshop on leadership, financial intelligence, emotional intelligence and career development. The programme brought together students, managers and early-career professionals to discuss how management theory can be applied in the workplace. Speakers stressed continuous learning, ethical leadership, accountability and professional integrity. Sessions covered personal financial planning, workplace relationships, professional identity and strategic networking. Participants also received practical guidance on building careers, improving teamwork and preparing for leadership roles beyond the classroom.
