Israel’s 2025 Exports Reach Record $164bn, Driven by Tech and Services

Israel’s exports rose to a record $164 billion in 2025 despite the war, global economic uncertainty and growing international pressure. The Israel Export Institute said the performance reflected continued demand for the country’s technology, research and business services. Services exports exceeded $90 billion for the first time, driven mainly by high-tech firms, software, and research and development. The institute said Israeli companies maintained overseas growth despite security concerns and shifting trade conditions. It also identified opportunities in artificial intelligence and markets across Asia, Latin America, Africa and Eastern Europe. However, it warned that supply-chain changes, trade volatility and a stronger shekel could pose risks to future export growth.
