Tinubu Celebrates as No State Struggles to Pay Salaries

President Bola Tinubu has expressed satisfaction that no state in Nigeria is struggling to pay workers’ salaries as they did before his inauguration. He made the remark during a Friday Sallah homage in Lagos when members of the Nigeria Governors’ Forum, led by Vice President Kashim Shettima, visited his residence. Tinubu praised the governors for fostering perseverance among citizens and building trust in his leadership. He also reflected on the Sokoto–Badagry corridor, highlighting its potential for dams, irrigation, farming, and electricity generation.
