AXA Mansard’s ‘Acting for Her Progress’ Speed Mentorship Empowers Young Women
To mark International Women’s Day, AXA Mansard Investment launched a speed-mentoring programme aimed at boosting financial literacy among young professional women across Nigeria. The initiative brought together accomplished female leaders from banking, corporate marketing, media and senior roles at AXA Mansard. Each mentor committed at least two hours to guide and inspire participants on practical investment strategies. CEO Deji Tunde-Anjous said the programme reflects AXA Mansard’s commitment to closing the financial literacy gap and promoting gender balance. He noted that empowering women accelerates overall societal progress. Chief Marketing Officer Adebola Surakat added that direct mentorship unlocks critical insights and confidence. “Through ‘Acting for Her Progress,’ we create pathways for more women to build lasting financial security,” she said.
