1 / 3

The Lagos State Security Trust Fund presented 100 anti-riot kits and 1,000 pairs of boots to the Lagos Neighbourhood Safety Agency at its Oshodi headquarters. The equipment was handed over by the Fund’s Director of Administration on behalf of its Executive Secretary. The agency supports the police through intelligence gathering, routine patrols and community policing across all local government areas. This intervention will strengthen grassroots security architecture and deepen collaboration between residents and formal law enforcement in the state.

True, gear is handy, but boots alone no solve patrol challenges. Strategy and community trust matter more.
