Ojo Alleges Obasanjo Is Still Angry With Atiku Over Failed Third-Term Bid
Security analyst Jackson Lekan Ojo has criticised former President Olusegun Obasanjo over his recent allegations against former Vice-President Atiku Abubakar involving the late former House Speaker, Ghali Na'Abba. Ojo alleged that Obasanjo is still unhappy about the failure of the proposed third-term agenda, which Atiku opposed. He questioned why the allegations were made after Na'Abba's death, arguing that the former speaker is no longer available to respond. He also accused Obasanjo of trying to weaken Atiku's prospects ahead of the 2027 presidential election. Ojo cited Obasanjo's past praise of Atiku and criticised the former president's record on infrastructure, security projects and relations with his successors.
