Fani-Kayode: ‘Momodu’s Glory Days Are Over, He’ll Go Back to Shining Wike’s Shoes’

The Nigerian Ambassador to Germany, Femi Fani-Kayode, has hit back at ADC chieftain Dele Momodu over a recent attack on him and Reno Omokri. Momodu had labelled them “perpetual agents of perfidy” with no credibility. On 𝕏, Fani-Kayode warned that if President Tinubu wins in 2027, Momodu will crawl back to the hole he came from. He taunted him for once taking pictures of Nyesom Wike and other leaders and even shining their shoes to make a living. He described Momodu’s response as unhinged and driven by emotion rather than logic. Fani-Kayode called him “badly diminished” and a “shadow of his former self.” He also dismissed Momodu’s use of old clips criticizing Tinubu, saying they won’t wash away the “stench of faeces” he’s now immersed in and won’t change the fact that Momodu’s claims are rubbish.
