From Service to Transformation: Keys to Lasting Leadership

Last Sunday I delivered the keynote at the Rotary Club of Onitsha Metropolis installation on building transformational leaders. I reflected on Rotary’s ideal of Service Above Self and traced leadership’s journey from personal growth to serving others and ultimately driving societal change. I argued that while service meets urgent needs—supporting the vulnerable and offering relief—true transformation happens when we address the systems and values that perpetuate poverty, injustice and weak institutions. This message speaks to anyone with responsibility—in families, workplaces, businesses, faith communities or public office. The full address is now available in video format for those who want to delve deeper into creating enduring leadership impact.
