Nigerian Man Arrested in Delhi with 229g of Heroin

Nigerian Man Arrested in Delhi with 229g of Heroin

Solan police linked a recent heroin bust to a larger network and raided a room in New Delhi’s Dwarka area on April 22. They arrested 42-year-old Eugene Chinweuba, a Nigerian national, after recovering 229 grams of heroin and a weighing scale. Chinweuba appeared in court and was remanded to Solan police custody. Authorities also invoked Section 14 of the Foreigners Act for visa overstay and related violations. In a separate operation, Kullu residents led to the arrest of a local man who supplied cannabis to two youths. The accused was produced in Arki court and placed in police custody.

I'm not convinced that a single arrest will really dismantle the alleged network behind this heroin distribution.
