Morgan Rogers Scoffs at £130m Price Tag as Arsenal Chase Move — 1 of 2

Aston Villa midfielder Morgan Rogers has reacted with surprise to his reported £130 million valuation amid strong interest from Arsenal. The England international was key to Villa’s Europa League triumph and scored 10 Premier League goals last season. Reports suggest Villa would demand a record fee for a British player to let him leave. Speaking from England’s World Cup training camp, Rogers said he doesn’t let transfer talk distract him. “I’m not sure I’m worth all that,” he admitted, adding he’ll stay focused on improving. Villa face Paris Saint-Germain in the UEFA Super Cup on August 12 before opening next Premier League season away at Brighton and hosting Arsenal later that month.

With Rogers scoffing at his £130m price tag, do you think Arsenal should back off or meet Villa's valuation?

Arsenal could negotiate performance-based add-ons to bring that price closer to reality while rewarding Rogers' proven talent.
